Temple Quarter, Bristol

The masterplan for this 4 hectare site will include 400,000 sq ft of additional mixed-use developments including retail, leisure, business, hotel and residential uses.

Cabot Circus, Bristol

This 500m GBP shopping development, which is due for completion in Autumn 2008, will provide around one million sq ft of high quality retail and leisure uses, as well as apartments, offices and public spaces in the heart of Bristol City Centre.

This major mixed-use development will feature two flagship department stores, House of Fraser and Harvey Nichols, over 100 new shops including restaurants and cafes, around 250 residential units, 120 hotel bedrooms in a building of more than 60,000 sq ft, and 310,000 sq ft of office floorspace. The plan also includes the development of new dedicated public spaces, including a square around the historic Quakers Friars area and a new 13 auditoria Cinema De Lux that will feature the most innovative technology in the industry. The Cabot Circus expansion will place Bristol in the top 10 national shopping and leisure destinations.

SouthGate, Bath

Close to Bath's mainline station, this 350m GBP, 3.2 hectare redevelopment will create a new retail quarter in Bath with a mix of new shops, restaurants, leisure facilities and homes, all served by a modern public transport hub and set within a series of newly designed streets and public squares.

The scheme will provide a new basement car park, 90 new homes, over 400,000 sq ft of retail space, including a new department store, and a modern integrated transport hub, including brand new bus station facilities. The project is expected to be complete in 2010.
