Aztec West Business Park, Almondsbury
Covering 68 hectares at the junction of the M5 motorway and the A38, this business park is now home to over 120 companies including The Royal Bank of Scotland, Orange, ST Microelectronics, The Environment Agency, Cornhill Direct and G E Capital Equipment Finance. Situated at the northern fringes of Greater Bristol, Aztec West is just 3 miles away from Bristol Parkway railway station and Bristol International Airport can be reached easily via the M5.
Occupiers enjoy a mature parkland setting including a number of landscaped ponds. The business park also benefits from a number of onsite amenities, a central retail area, the Aztec Hotel and Black Sheep Pub, and the Hilton.
One significant area remains to be developed - the Western Sector (5.6 hectares) which has planning permission for 28,500 sq metres of office floor space.
This 27 hectare regeneration project combining apartments, shops, office and leisure facilities is one of Bristol's showpiece development projects, with an unrivalled waterside location in the heart of the city. It incorporates the @Bristol complex at the core of this new leisure quarter and a 240 million GBP regeneration of Canon's Marsh due to be completed in 2010.
Harbourside is an unparalleled place to work, live or play. East Works Site, Patchway
This 26 hectare site, currently occupied by older industrial buildings, will be redeveloped for a mixed range of employment uses over the next three years. Patchway lies just north of Filton Airfield, where Rolls-Royce, BAE Systems and Airbus UK are major aerospace employers. The site is also situated near the motorway interchange (M5/M4) and Cribbs Causeway where The Mall and two retail parks form the largest shopping centre in South West England.
Filton Northfield
Filton Northfield comprises 74 hectares of land situated on the southern edge of Patchway, close to Filton Airfield and Airbus UK. The Council's Development Plan proposes a major mixed use scheme including new houses, leisure facilities and 14 hectares of mixed employment development. The site is of strategic significance being situated near the motorway interchange (M5/M4) and the Cribbs Causeway Shopping Centre.
Hengrove Park is a 76-hectare former airfield owned by Bristol City Council. Following the development of an urban framework plan for South Bristol and public consultation, an outline masterplan was approved in 2006. When complete, the site will feature the UK's largest new green urban open-space development and is expected to include leisure facilities, a community hospital, a skills academy to be operated by Bristol City College, a new park and nature reserve, residential opportunities, and over 8 hectares of employment land for a range of office and light industrial uses.
Redcliffe, Bristol
Located between Temple Quay and the Old City, with close proximity to Temple Meads Railway Station, the Redcliffe neighbourhood is experiencing major change. This strategic site now provides 114,500 sqm of mixed use opportunities for new residential and office buildings as well as public and green spaces. The aim is to develop a distinctive new quarter for the city centre with a wide mix of uses and high quality design to create a place where people want to live, work and enjoy themselves.

Temple Quarter is one of the largest urban regeneration projects in the South West encompassing 46 hectares of land adjacent to Temple Meads Railway Station.
The core Temple Quay site has already established itself as a prestigious new commercial heart of Bristol, providing state-of-the-art accommodation for high profile companies such as Bristol and West, Osborne Clark, BT and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. Work has now begun on Temple Quay 2, a high-density mixed development that will provide new residential units, 60,000 sqm of new high quality offices, a range of waterfront cafes, restaurants and bars, as well as community facilities.
Future plans include the project to transform the Grade I listed building of Temple Meads Railway Station into a state-of-the-art transport hub integrating heavy rail, light rapid transit, buses, taxis, airport coaches, car and ferry services.
Bath Western Riverside is a significant brownfield regeneration project expected to deliver approximately 28 hectares of mixed use development to the west of Bath City Centre. The project has an anticipated end value of around 1bn GBP and the masterplan includes new homes, high quality business space, and new state-of-the-art community and leisure facilities.

Weston Airfield, Weston super Mare
The 170 hectare brownfield resource of the Weston Airfield will allow the development of mixed-use neighbourhoods surrounding a new strategic green heart. Plans include the development of approximately 33 hectares for high quality business park uses at Weston Airfield East and 26 hectares for B uses at Weston Airfield West. The site will also provide a new high-density residential development, sports and leisure facilities, a Helicopter museum, and the significant open space resource of the green heart.
